The Book of Numbers picks up from when God met with Israel at Mount Sinai. Chronologically Numbers tells of the majority of the time Israel wanders in the wilderness before arriving at the Promised Land. It contains many well known Bible narratives, but Numbers also contains many examples of rebellion. Importantly, it contains examples of God’s character and His love for His people.
